Entrepreneur in Residence (SaaS)

Every single Software Developer spends 2-6 hours/day debugging, which costs companies $312 billion/year. Our tool reduces that by 30%.
Bird automatically combines screen recording and technical data into perfect bug reports that help engineers find the problem a lot quicker.

Over 1000 companies have already signed up for Bird and we are now looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence who will work alongside our founders to help us grow faster.


Things you'll do

As an Entrepreneur in Residence, you will work alongside our CEO (ex-Google, BCG, Rocket Internet) supporting the day-to-day business and  executing your own projects. You’ll have great independence and ownership on Business Development and Operations topics.


Here are a few examples of the projects you can be working on:

  • Build guerrilla marketing projects from scratch
  • Identify partnership opportunities and follow those through
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis
  • Set up the first sales funnel
  • Figure out ways to automate and improve internal processes (e.g. hiring, accounting, etc.)
  • Prepare Product Hunt launches
  • Help out with fundraising and miscellaneous admin tasks

We cannot tell what exactly there will be to do, but we can guarantee that you will learn and see a LOT and have a high degree of ownership. You will create real value for real people and you will be part of a very talented and driven team.

Job requirements

  • Fluent English (must-have) and German (highly preferable)
  • Entrepreneurial drive and versatility
  • Logical thinking and ability to figure things out from scratch and with little guidance
  • Interest to develop in digital startups and willingness to learn about SaaS
  • (Preferable) Knowledge of the software development process
  • Tax residency in Germany
